Nakon treninga svakako dobro jedi, najbolje neki ugljikohidrat tipa neka žitarica (npr. riza) + neki protein npr. meso ili sir. Sto podrazumjevas pod laganijom i dijetnom ishranom? krenio si u teratanu, s kojim ciljem?]]>
