    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=854">bacho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 922<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2008 at 23:49<br /><br />Slažem se sa tim, pretreniranost, ja sam isto radio i to 7 dana u tjednutj svaki dan ali pola mišica danas a pola sutra i tako dalje, i što se desilo, dok je bilo viška masnoce oko trbuha, ok ništa cak je i mišicni prirast krenuo, kad sam pao 5 kila, tj do idealne težine, i onda vrtoglavica, pad mišicne mase, muka, bez volje za ikakav rad, e sad to ratim isto samo š dan trening drugi dan odmor, pa trening treci dan i obavezno vikend odmor, uz prehranu, sad nema ni sala, mišicni prirast je krenuo opet, i osjecam&nbsp; se odlicno, nema&nbsp; forsiranja, polako, jer manje je više. <br>]]>
