    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19180">kokoloko</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9209<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 16:25<br /><br />da zaboravila sam napisati, pošto mi kćer to sve sprema sve obroke jer ja radim i nemam vremena a i da nema nje nebi ja ovo ni mogla (naravno lakse je kad ti netko donese sve spremljeno haha :P), dopusti mi nedjelju da pojedem normalan rucak sto muz napravi znaci neko pecenje ispod peke ili tako nesto di ima i ulja i krumpira i meseka masnijeg i tako i kolac jedan tj. komad torte iz slasticarne :) <br /><br />isto tako rekla mi je da mi nekad digne malo ugljikohidrate pa onda spusti i tako, ali sve u svemu ja nisam gladna stvarno... i pošto jedem svaka 3 sata ni ne stignem ogladniti hahah i stalno joj govorim da me šopa ko gusku a ono kile i centimetri idu dole :) <br /><br />hvala vam na podršci :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19180">kokoloko</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9209<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 09:03<br /><br />evo i 4. tjedan je iza mene i dobro se osjecam pridrzavam se prehrane, radim na orbitreku i tako sve u svemu dobro je... danas sam se mjerila pa evo mjere:<br /><br />težina: 71.4kg/69.1kg/ <strong>67.4kg</strong><br />struk: 104cm/ 100cm/ <strong>98cm</strong><br />bokovi: 104,5cm/ 103,5cm/ <strong>102</strong><br />bedra: L:61cm; D:58/ L:58cm; D:57cm/ <strong>ostalo isto</strong><br /><br />eto to je to... stvarno sam zadovoljna i drago mi je da vidim rezultate ne samo na vagi ili metru nego ja ih osjetim i to me bas veseli :)<br /><br />evo napisat cu vam i kako se otprilike hranim:<br /><br />D- feta intgralnog kruha sa posnim sirom, jedno jaje kuhano, šaka badema ili neka voćka<br /><br />Mo- posni sir (jogurt) sa nekim voćem (kivi, ananas, jabuka, banana, naranca)<br /><br />R- piletina sa grila i brdo kuhanog povrća sa salatom s maslinovim uljem<br /><br />Mo- posni sir (jogurt) sa orašastim (orasi ili bademi)<br /><br />V- isto kao i ručak ili utorkom salata od tune ili četvrtkom brancin ili orada sa grila sa blitvom i malo krumpira i zdjela salate sa maslinovim<br /><br />Mo (pred spavanje) - malo posnog sira sa par orasa ili badema<br /><br />eto toliko od mene, pozdrav :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19180">kokoloko</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9209<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 08:17<br /><br />Bok, evo da vam podnesem izvjestaj... dakle prosla su 2 tjedna i danas sam se mjerila i vagala i stanje je ovakvo:<br /><br />težina: 71.4kg/<strong>69.1kg</strong> - 2,3kg manje<br />struk: 104cm/ <strong>100cm</strong> - 4cm manje<br />prsa: 101,5cm/ <strong>100,5cm</strong> - 1cm manje<br />ramena: 108,5cm/108,5cm (isto)<br />biceps: L-31,5cm; D- 31cm/ <strong>oba 30cm</strong> - 1-1,5cm manje<br />bokovi: 104,5cm/ <strong>103,5cm</strong> - 1cm manje<br />bedra: L:61cm; D:58/ <strong>L:58cm; D:57cm</strong> - 3-1cm manje<br /><br />eto to je u dva tjedna zdrave prehrane nesto vjezbanja... inace osjecam se super, nisam gladna, ni ne trazi mi se nesto slatko ili takvo nesto (izuzev nedjelje kad sam htjela napraviti pravi bosanski domaci burek hahah ali nisam :) )<br /><br />eto to je to :)]]>

Bolje bi bilo kada bi si sastavila ili pratila neki bodyweight program, odradila pola sata bw vjezbi i onda radila pola sata orbitrek.
