Savjetujem 150 g posnog sira, umjesas zobene unutra i sumsko voce + 10 badema<br />meduobrok: 10 badema i jogurt--&gt;ok<br />rucak: salata sa tunom -zelena salata, rajcica i tuna, 1 tvdo kuhano jaje, luk--&gt; ulje maslinovo bar 1-2 žličice + neki složeni UH (leća, int. riža, heljda, ječam, raženi kruh, grah..). Koliko tune? s uljem ili bez ulja?<br />uzina:stapici mrkve, krastavaca, celera i zeleni caj--&gt; dodati protein nekakav, najbolje bi ovdje leglo 100-150 g posnog sira<br />vecera: 125g govedeg snicla sa salatom-- ulje ili 10ak orasastih plodova<br /><br />uto: <br />dorucak; frape od 1 banane 125ml mlijeka i sake sumskog voca, 2 kriske velicine pola dlana kruha od cjelovitog zrna sa posnim sirom--ne traba ti ovoliko UH ovdje, dovoljno je uz frape 1 snita kruha, ali posni ovdje treba biti bar 150-200g<br />meduobrok: 3 stapica celera sa 25g feta sira-ok<br />rucak:<br />200g pecenog krupmira sa 1 filetom oslica u pecnici, salata od krastavaca-- ulje?<br />uzina: jogurt-- dodaj 1 vocku i par orasastih plodova, mozes i protein neki npr jaje, meso, sir ili riba<br />vecera: pileci razmjici 50g smede rize sa graskom- ok<br /><br />ovaj utorak mi se vise svida od ponedjeljka <br /><br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />trebala bi izracunati svoj BMR i TDEE da vidis koliko ti zapravo hrane treba]]>

Jucer sam stala na vagu a izgleda da sam smrsavila 1kg, u mjesec i po. Nisam uopce pazila na prehranu sve do jucer.. uopce.. Sada sam si poslozila jelovnik prema Abott brosuri&nbsp; "zdravo mrsavljenje" koju mi je dala dr.opce prakse.<br>Evo primjer jelovnika:<br>pon <br>dorucak: zobena kasa - 50g zobi skuhana sa malo vode, 1 banana i saka sumskog voca<br>meduobrok: 10 badema i jogurt<br>rucak: salata sa tunom -zelena salata, rajcica i tuna, 1 tvdo kuhano jaje, luk<br>uzina:stapici mrkve, krastavaca, celera i zeleni caj<br>vecera: 125g govedeg snicla sa salatom<br><br>uto: <br>dorucak; frape od 1 banane 125ml mlijeka i sake sumskog voca, 2 kriske velicine pola dlana kruha od cjelovitog zrna sa posnim sirom<br>meduobrok: 3 stapica celera sa 25g feta sira<br>rucak:<br>200g pecenog krupmira sa 1 filetom oslica u pecnici, salata od krastavaca<br>uzina: jogurt<br>vecera: pileci razmjici 50g smede rize sa graskom<br><br>Dosada nisam uopce doruckovala i nalijevala sam se samo kavom, danas se osjecam puno odmornije, i sa 5 kava sam se prebacila na 1-2 dnevno..ne znam je li taj jelovnik ok?<br><br><br>]]>

Hvala na pomoci!<br /><br /></td></tr></table> <br /><br />baš suprotno, ubaci više od 15min vježbi s utezima, dakle ne moraju to biti vježbe na spravama (a i mogu) nego kompleksne vježbe s utezima. Npr. iskoraci s utezima u rukama, čučnjevi s kilažama, mrtva dizanja s kilazama i sl. Ne treba ti toliko kardija (traka, steperi i sta vec). Spoji ovo sto sam ti navelas onim vjezbama koje zoves stabilizacijskim. Nakon zagrijavanja odradi prvo bar 20 min ovoga sto sam prvo navela, pa 15 min tih stabilizacijskih, onda radi ovo sto zoves funkcionalni i za kraj mozes hodati na traci na uzbrdici 20 min<br />Koliko si do sada smrsavila? napisi par jelovnika kako jedes <br />pozz]]>
