Vec ce izbacivanje slatkog i grickalica i prestana secerenja kave dati rezultate. Mozes kupiti steviju pa njome "seceriti" sto zelis ako bas volis slatko. Ovo poslije 6 nije potrebno, slobodno smijes jesti poslije 6 sati samo trebas paziti koliko si pojela taj da odnosno da ne predes kcal unos zacrtan za taj dan. Super za kretanje  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> to sve što si navela je aerobna aktivnost. Kad bi mogla ubaciti nekakve utege to bi pomoglo puno ne samo u mršavljenju nego i u rješavanju problema sa celulitom<br />pozz]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19059">jokiilaki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9172<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 23:55<br /><br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> hvala punooo na odgovoru I na dobrodoslici.. <br />Od juce sam pocela da smanjujem obroke.nisam bas u mogucnosti da se izmisljam puno <br />Sto se tice ishrane jer uglavnom jedem ono sto spremim I muzu I djeci ali sam planirala da izbacim kruh, slatkise, grickalice, sokove I ne pijem I da ne jedem nista poslije 6.da prestanem seceriti kafu I da pijem puno vode I zeleni caj.<br /><br /><br />Trening imam 2 -3 puta sedmicno, zavisi koliko puta stignem otici, inace non stop sam u pokretu, nikar ne lezim I to je jedini razlog zasto nemam 100kg s obzirom koliko jedem :-D<br />Ali imam puno celulita I masnih naslaga I moram se toga rijesiti sto prije...idem da citam ovo sto ste mi poslali..hvala jos jednom :-)]]>
