Imam 18 godina,visok sam oko 177-180 cm i imam oko 65 kila. Idem u teretanu od 10. mjeseca po 2-3 puta tjedno i kada sam krenuo pitao sam trenera trebam li što izbjegavati od prehrane za trbušne mišice jer jedem grickalice( cips izbjegavam, ali jedem krekere jedanput dnevno), no on mi je rekao da ništa ne izbjegavam i da normalno jedem jer se moram udebljati. Uz to jedem i zdravu prehranu (puno voca, povrce,bijelo meso,jaja) i pijem nekoliko caša mlijeka na dan. Zanima me trebam li prvo se udebljati pa onda raditi na plocicama jer ja kod kuce i u teretani radim nekoliko serija trbušnjaka i želim dobiti plocice? Trebam li štogod izbjegavati još?(alkohol i colu ne pijem)? koliko po serijama i kakve trbušnjake trebam raditi?]]>
