    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9164<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 18:55<br /><br />Sad sam tek vidio da si postavila pitanje a ja nisam vidio,trening je super ali sam u zadnje vrijeme dosta brljao sa prehranom i zamastio se pa sad preko ljeta budem odradio lagani fat loss,najviše zbog toga što imam doma puno fizičkog posla i teško bi stigao dovoljno jesti i uz trening za masu pa idem sad malo počistit ovu mast što sam dobio,sad radim 5x5 stronglifts 3x tjedno da sačuvam snagu i radim doma 2x tjedno swingove i sklekove kao cardio,radim 20 swingova u superseriji sa 15 sklekova pa idem 20 swingova pa 14 sklekova dok ne dođem do 1 skleka na kraju,ukupno 300 swingova sa girjom od 24 kg i 120 sklekova,odmor oko pola minute između serija...sad me zanima da se nebi opet zeznuo sa prehranom kako najbolje &nbsp;postavit cikliranje uh-a,koliko proteina...da li imate kakvu provjerenu tehniku?]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9164<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2014 at 12:24<br /><br />Evo ljudi da se javim nakon dugo vremena,uskoro idem na trening pa ću navećer napisat kako je bilo,trenutno radim po upper-lower sistemu,ovo je današnji trening:<div><br><div><p ="Ms&#111;normal">A1 Mrtvo dizanje šipkom 5x5</p><p ="Ms&#111;normal">B1 Prednji čučanj girjama 4x10</p><p ="Ms&#111;normal">C1 One leg deadlift 4x12</p><p ="Ms&#111;normal">C2 Iskorak bučicama 4x12</p><p ="Ms&#111;normal">D1 Sjedeći listovi x80&nbsp;</p><p ="Ms&#111;normal">E1 Farmers walk 35m X5</p><div>Ovaj farmers walk je zapravo 4 serije po 49m(ja sam taj pravac kojim hodam napred pa nazad računao kao 5 m a zapravo je 7m) i zadnju 5 seriju odem do otkaza,zadnju do otkaza mogu preć 85 m(moje brojanje) što je zapravo 119m sa dvije bučice od 30kg...Ako vas buni ovih 80x za listove ovdje je objašnjenje:<br>http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/sit-down-to-grow-4-min-calf-workout.html</div></div></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9164<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 15:36<br /><br />Današnji trening:<div>2x5 svaka ruka turkish get up 20kg</div><div>Mrtvo dizanje šipkom 120g u serijama 6,5,5,5,5,4</div><div>Military press girjama 2x20kg u serijama 6,5,5,5,5,4</div><div>Jednoručno veslanje bučicom 30kg u serijama 6,5,5,5,5,4</div><div>Morat ću nabavit magnezij za ruke jer mi je prvi zadnjem ponavljanju na mrtvom puko žulj da sam mislio pustit šipku iz ruku(a bio sam u gornjoj poziciji) kolika je to bol bila...trenutno imam nekih 90-91 kg,malo sam dobio masti jer sam možda malo prenaglo iz onog gladovanja kreno više jest a i bilo je malo i junka i obaveze pa se brljalo ali pokušavam što čišće jest,kad se zaposlim(ako Bog da pa se zaposlim) moći ću si kvalitetnije namirnice priuštit...uglavnom osjećam se super,svaki trening odradim sa guštom...inaće dok sam krenuo prije malo više od 2 mjeseca jedva sam digao 100kg 5 puta na mrtvom,military press jedva 2x15kg 5 puta a veslanje sam radio sa 20kg,uglavnom snaga ide gore što mi je najvažnije sada...</div>]]>
