   <title>Savjet oko prehrane : Evo javljam se nakon 2 mjeseca...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19021">Janje</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9160<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 13:22<br /><br />Evo javljam se nakon 2 mjeseca od početka promjene s prehranom.<br>Prilično sam discipliniram, osim što vikendom (ili svaki drugi vikend) povećam unos alkohola :) pa se to odrazi i na prehranu dan nakon.<br><br>BMR mi je 2056kcal, a mislim da unosim manje od 2000 u prosjeku.<br><br>TDEE na osnovu tog BMR-a i aktivnosti "Lak (Lake vežbe/sport 1-3 dana/ned.)" iznosi 2827.<br><br>U ova dva mjeseca sam izgubio 8-9kg, i sada imam 91kg (191cm), što mi je i bila želja, i ne bi želio više gubiti kg.<br>Pomakao sam 2 rupe na remenu, a mislim da mišićnu masu nisam toliko izgubio s obzirom da 3 puta tjedno vježbam s utezima + jedan dan cca 30min orbitrek/bicikla.<br><br>Dnevni jelovnik sad većinom izgleda ovako:<br><br>6.15h - Doručak<br>80g zobenih pahuljica sa zelenim čajem i žlicom meda +&nbsp; dvije žličice proteina konoplje<br><br>10.15h - Marenda<br>Jabuka + kruška + 50g dimceka i pola kriške raženog kruha + espresso<br><br>15.30h - Ručak<br>Nešto kuhano, a količinski to bude npr. dvije sarme + kiseli kupus,&nbsp; ili 1.5 tanjura tjestenine sa šalšom, eventualno dvije bržole sa krompirom i slično... tanjur blitve i 2 jaja... + kriška običnog bijelog kruha<br><br>19:30h Obrok iza treninga<br>Tunjevina u vlastitom soku 80g + kriška raženog kruha + dvije žličice proteina konoplje<br>+ šaka grožđica<br><br>Večeru još nisam ubacio jer ne osjetim glad od 19.30h kad pojedem pa dok idem spavat... eventualno bude šaka badema.<br><br>Treniram 3 puta tjedno snagu i to po treningu budu 2 grupe mišića. <br>Svaka grupa mišića po 3 vježbe, 8-12 ponavljanja, 3 serije. Sada sam na svakoj bučici po cca 15kg.<br>+ jednom tjedno 30-45min lagano orbitrek/sobna bicikla<br>(Noge ne radim...)<br><br>         E sada pitanja:<br>1. trebam li još više jest, i šta/kad npr, jer mi je želja povećat mišičnu masu gornjeg dijela?<br>2.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11272">Scarpetta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9160<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 21:22<br /><br />jep  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> i mislila sam:)) jedeš ko pticica<br />ja jedem više nego ti, a imam malo puno manje cm i kg od tebe i žensko sam:))<br /><br />Bilo bi dobro da barem okvirno izracunaš BMR i TDEE.<br />I da izracunaš koliko je to kcal što si napisao i jelovnik (cini se jako malo)<br /><br />U medjuobrok bih ja radije ubacila taj svježi sir nego jogurt (fali proteina, jogurt gledaj kao ugljikohidrat, proteina slabo, ako ne i ništa u njemu.... tako da uz voce ubaci neki protein)<br /><br />Rucak - je O.K. sve skuhano doma može (uz par iznimki ali necemo cijepidlaciti) trudi se ubaciti što više povrca tu<br /><br />Iza treninga može i bolje, ali o.k. možeš i dodati više sira<br /><br />i naravno fali vecera:)) prije sam to zaboravila napisati ali definitivno tu treba ubaciti još jedan obrok... meso + povrce (ako ostane od rucka), svježi sir + orašasti, riba + povrce....]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19021">Janje</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9160<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 20:42<br /><br />Ne znam zašto su mi slova baš ovako velika ispala :)<br><br>Pocinjem s treningom snage kod kuce - imam klupicu i bucice do 2x20kg, vec sam prije trenirao malo... obicno treniram u danu dvije grupe mišica, jedan dan planiram kardio - orbitrek/sobni bicikl, a jedan dan odmora...<br><br>Prije bi u jutro popio cašu mlijeka s kraš ekspresom i 4-5 keksiju domacica/napolitanke, a medjuobrok na poslu je bio poprilicno velik sendvic sa cca 15 dekagrama mortadele... i to je ono šta najviše želim promijenit<br><br>Sutra planiram ovako (šta se tice tocnih kolicina):<br><br>1. Dorucak: 1 žumanjak + 2 bjelanjka, 1 kriška raženog kruga sa dimcekom, šaka zobenih<br>2. Medjuobrok na poslu: 2 jabuke + 3dl jogurta (to nisam siguran je li dovoljno, ko ce izdržat do rucka 4 ipo sata)<br>3. Rucak - vidit cemo šta ce bit al najest cu se :)<br>4. Iza treninga: 3dl Jogurta 0,5 ili 0,9%mm + 150grama&nbsp; kladovcanke (sir koji nije baš posni, kažu da ima oko 10%mm) + šaka groždjica<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Janje - 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 20:46</span>]]>

Korisno je za pocetak izracunati potreban kcal unos (bmr i tdee) i vidjeti gdje si i koliko unosiš.<br /><br />Ne znam što je to sir kladovcanka?<br />Što je s treningom? Planiraš li nešto?<br /><br />Inace odabir namirnica gore nije loš, tu i tamo mi se cini da fali proteina, ali bilo bi lakše da napišeš primjere jelovnika od par dana dva-tri, s tocnim kolicinama pa ce biti lakse odgovoriti i pomoci ti.<br /><br />Sretno:))]]>
