   <title>FullBody : Evo imam pitanja za neke koje...</title>

Naime procitao sam na jednom forumu kako je za rekreativce mnogo ucinkovitiji fullbody trening nego split... Razlozi su mnogi, neki od njih su konkretno: Pokretanje hormona prilikom rada vise grupa misica odjednom, pokretanje testosterona i hormona rasta... Da ne objasnjavam mnogo imate ispod u linku text pa koga zanima moze da pogleda... <br />Mene zanima koliko je ucinkovito za dobijanje mase?  Ukoliko je neko probao da mi kaze svoja iskustva...
