    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=745">marrtin</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 908<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2008 at 21:11<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Nece ti stetiti, ali moj savjet je da si jos premlad za te sve stvari i da cekas do 6, 7 godine dok ti se tijelo samo po sebi ne razvije...nakon toga kreni sa tim dodacima i pravim vjezbanjem.</P><P>Ja mogu reci iz svoga iskustva (kao plivac), poceo sam trenirati od svoje 6-e godine i uvijek sam imao malo veci trbuh...no to se promjenilo u 4-oj godini i od onda su poceli dolaziti samo misici, malo po malo...a vjezbanje u teretani&nbsp;i sa tom dodatnom prehranom dopustili su nam tek iza 6-e...tako da, imas jos vremena, sve ce doci na svoje...samo se ti aktivno stalno bavi sportom...;)</P>]]>

Jos si jako mlad, tek ces se poceti graditi za koju godinu, samo nastavi trenirati vaterpolo, to je dobra stvar.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=775">jakov</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 908<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2008 at 17:16<br /><br />&nbsp;ovako,imam 3 godina,45 kg i visok sam ok 67 cm.Imam malo sala na trbuhu( cm-.5cm) i to bi htio skinut al nikak nemrem.i sad,svaki dan poslije treninga od&nbsp;sat i pol(vaterpolo) jos doma vjezbam sat vremena-sklekovi,cucnjevi,trbusnjaci i ledjnjaci.Htio bih dobit na misicnoj masi,al ne zelim se udebljat neg jos skinut tih  cm sala.Nadam se da me shvacate.MOLIM STRUcNO MILJENJE!!!]]>
