Buduci da ti radis definiciju ja bi ti preporucila 3 put tjedno fullbody trening sa kilazama s kojima ces dati 70-80% od svog maksimuma, ponavljanja 12- 15, mozes i po kruznom principu pa napravis 2-3 kruga. U svakom slucaju smatram da je split trening bolji kada se radi o masi dok je za definiciju bolji fullbody trening. No, prehrana kod definicije i kod mase naravno igra najvecu ulogu]]>

Ili i nema velike razlike?<br>]]>

Ja se recimo vrtim s istom kilazom u prvoj seriji na 12, 13 u drugoj oko 10tke i u trecoj izvucem 5,6]]>

U svakom slucaju bitno je da dok radiš ostvariš tu muscle-mind vezu, da je kilaža uredu i da je forma pravilna. Cim možeš bez problema napraviti iznad 12-15 pon diži kilažu i nemaš frke  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Ja recimo odradim noge, cucanj jednom osjetim sve živo, drugi put ništa i prvi put se ne upalim, a drugi put svijetlim u mraku  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> može jedino biti do toga da ne dižeš dovoljne kilaže pa ti je prelagano napravit tih 10-12 ponavljanja. Jel bi mogao vise napravit s kilazama kojim radis?]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7137">moreno</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9072<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 12:48<br /><br />Odradjen prvi trening po novom planu, bilo je opako, bilo je cudnih zvukova pri zadnjim ponavljanjima i pogleda ali prebrodio sam to jbg nije namjerno. :D<br><br>Nego imam problem, ili nemam, premda sam uvjeren da svaku vjezbu izvodim pravilno što se forme tice jer sve radim kako mi je trener rekao i kako sam gledao na netu, ne osjetim svaki put mišic koji radim (kod svakog ponavljanja), kao da ga ne pogadjam dobro, ali kad misic malo ohladi od vjezbe naleti mi kod nekih pokreta onaj osjecaj koji nezam kako opisat, uglavnom osjetim misic kao da me stegne malo ili tako nešto ali taj osjecaj nije cijelo vrijeme tu. Primjetio sam vec i prije da mi se to dogadja najviše za prsa i ledja. Do cega to može bit?<br>]]>
