    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18620">ines987</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9022<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 20:45<br /><br />Pozdrav svima<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>pratim fitness.com vec nekoliko mjeseci,odnosno od kad sam se pocela baviti nekom vrstom fizicke aktivnosti.prije se nisam nicim bavila (plesom 2 godine u 2. i 3. razredu osnovne skole) i kondicija mi je vise-manje katastrofa isto kao i snaga..<br>ovog sam ljeta pocela s trcanjem i teretanom. idem u drugi srednje &nbsp;i zbog obaveza, kako je pocela skola, odustala sam na neko vrijeme. prije mjesec dana nasla sam super teretanu u koju idem 3x tjedno,ali ne trcim vise. jasno mi je da i prehranu treba prilagoditi pa pazim na to kolko mogu.:P<br>moje je pitanje ako je dovoljno hodati u teretanu 3x tjedno i paziti na prehranu da bi dosla do svog cilja? za sad&nbsp;cilj mi je definirati misice i ucvrstiti se, ali i skinuti masno tkivo koje recimo nebi trebalo biti tu, no nema ga jako puno.<br>visoka sam oko 163 i imam 49 kg. prije ljeta imala sam oko 52..]]>
