    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=770">stmi23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 902<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2008 at 20:07<br /><br /><P>Dugo vec vjezbam&nbsp;kod kuce&nbsp;i doveo sam se donekle u red ali imam problem sa prsima,na krajevima su se razvila a prema sredini su ostala nekako udubljena.Ne puno ali dovoljno.Sad,kako vjezbam doma samo sa utezima(najvise š5kg)i svojom tezinom(sklekovi i sl.),postoje li neke vjezbe koje mi mogu pomoci da mi prsa budu puna i lijepo oblikovana a ne kada obucem majicu da izgledam kao npr. netko debel tko je naglo smrsao pa mu ostale 'sise'?Novi sam na forumu i sigurno je bilo milijun ovakvih tema 'uradi kod kuce' ali ako mi netko moze pomoci hvala puno.</P>]]>
