    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18545">Bimbo93</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8994<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 10:53<br /><br />pa ja gledam na to da ja nisam debeo, debeo nego imam par kilica za skinut i da nemam potrebe sada mjerit obroke, nego da je dovoljno sto sam se odrekao prehrane koju sam ranije jeo. znaci fast food - cevapi obavezno 3x tjedno za veceru najvise, za dorucak pola kile kruha, salame i sira, rucak uvijek nes masno sa jos puno kruha, vecere su isto bile sendvici od pola kile kruha jer sam se tako bio navikao dok smo po terenima radili. pola kile kruha, sir i salama. puno gaziranih sokova i slatkisa. i mislim da samo sta sam to izbacio vec cu pocet gubit to oko trbuha jer jednostravno ne unosim vise masnu i slatku hranu u sebe. zar nije to logicki? bez da moram vagat svaki obrok..a s tim da sam ne znam kolicinu za rucak jel 300g ili 400g piletine, mjesavina carska je znaci pola vrecice znaci cca 125g, konzerva graha je 150g, konzerva tune 100g, konzerva srdela isto oko 100g, pola posnog sira sada nzn tocno ali mislim da je ona plasticna teglica od 400-500g znaci isto pola za veceru, ujutro 100g pahuljica (to vazem stalno) i 2dcl jogurta tak i uz posni sir..povrce ne vazem<br>]]>
