Vjerojatno si onda preforsirala, kako kazu, no pazi na te stvari, pogotovo kada su noge u pitanju (jos gore-koljena), i uvijek se dobro razgibaj prije.</P><P>Vezano za hranu - naravno da je bitno imati obroke, i to obaviti prije treninga (naravno ne sada punim zelucem), ali da organizam ima neko gorivo. No opet, mislim da to nije problem u tvom slucaju. Ja sam isto znao obaviti trening (i to opaki) bez da sam prije jeo (zbog manjka vremena), pa mi nista nije bilo, eventualno mozes imati manje snage. U slucaju da imas neku nuspojavu od manjka jela, to definitivno ne bi bio kvadriceps, nego veliki umor, eventualno da ti tlak padne i takve neke stvari. Ali za misice je bitan odmor, i svaki put kad osjecas neku bol u nekom&nbsp;misicu, radi nesto drugo taj dan dok ti se ovo ne oporavi.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=745">marrtin</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 876<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2008 at 13:29<br /><br />&nbsp;Dobro su sve decki rekli, ja bi jos samo dodao moje misljenje, a to je da si se mozda preforsirala, jer ako treniras 5 puta tjedno (sto je dosta), a nisi nikad bila neka sportasica, i jos ako se forsiras na orbitreku ili nekim spravama - uglavnom, nije to dobro...kreni polakse, kako su ti neki rekli - 3-4 tjedno (ako bas zelis ostani na 5), ali polaganije treniraj, manjim tempom ili krace. Ono sto svi misle je - "sad cu pocet trenirat&nbsp;udarnicki do ljeta, bit cu savrsen/a" - NE! Treba se krenuti postepeno, pogotovo ako se prije nikad nisi bavila sportom. Organizmu je to jako velika promjena, opterecenje i stoga se on mora priviknuti na to i poceti funkcionirati na drugi nacin. Mozes pitati bilo kojeg trenera teretani, ni jedan ti nece savjetovati agresivno treniranje (bar od onih koji se razumiju u to). Za to se ti fino odmori, i kreni postepeno pomalo.]]>
