    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18160">Harden13</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8695<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 19:27<br /><br />Ja vec tjedan dana radim po nekom svom programu pa da vas pitam za mišljenje... pošto tek pocinjem to kuci radim ne idem u teretanu nigdje...<br />znaci moj program je sljedeci:<br /><br />PONEDJELJAK: prsa<br /><br />sklekovi<br />diamond 4 serije po 10 <br />obicni 4 serije po 10  <br />široki 4 serije po 10<br />side to side 4 serije po 10<br />incline 4 serije po 10<br /><br />UTORAK: trbuh,noge<br /><br />trbuh:<br />30 obicnih trbušnjaka<br />60 kosih<br />30 dizanja noga<br />60 u stranu (lijeva, desna)<br />noge:<br />30 cucnjeva<br />30 iskoraka<br />30 na prste <br />30 sek hold pod 90 stupnjeva <br /><br />SRIJEDA: biceps (pošto imam teg za jednu ruku od 10kg)<br /><br />bicep curl 8 puta<br />hummer 8 puta <br />(serija dok se ne umorim)<br /><br />CETVRTAK = PONEDJELJAK<br /><br />PETAK = UTORAK<br /><br />SUBOTA = SRIJEDA<br /><br />NEDJELJA: odmor<br /><br /><br />Pa volio bi da kažete što mislite i da li bi trebao nešto mijenjati... ;)]]>
