Samo....znam da su to te godine, malo inata i svega, nesigurnosti cak....ali ne bavi se dokazivanjem pred svima, dokazuj se sebi, ruši svoje rekorde, ne ganjaj uvijek tudje.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18085">Juice031</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8670<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 10:03<br /><br /><b>:)) hvala jos jednom svima na dobrodošlici,evo ovako Sw me je na pocetku odma dobio,bio mi je dost zanimljiv za raditi,za napredovat i skuzio sam da imam potencijal i glavu za to ,poceo sam doslovno sa 5 sklekova,trbusnjacima ,ni jedan zgib nisam mogao napraviti imao sam jedno 85 kila 179 cm ,nakon nekog vremena dizali su se repovi,sve mi je lijepo napredovalo,ali&nbsp; trava je nekak ogranicila to sve mogao sam ici puno žešce i puno vise napredovati da nisam tolko "kulirao" :) ali sta je tu je,lupilo me je u glavu da nema smisla vise stajati na tom jednom mjestu,otkad sam poceo da treniram skroz kombiniram vjezbe<u>,trenutacno je to:</u></b><br><br><br><b>Ponedjeljak|Prsa i trbusni -(Dijamantni sklekovi,siroki,normalni,s povisenjem,propadanja) i sve to jedno 3,4 serije ,znao sam ih 300 po treningu raditi ali sad kako opet sam stopiro vrijeme je za dizat repove :)),Trbusni radim po ovom programu i djeluje jako dobro <a href="http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=407507982686405&amp;set=pb.351239681646569.-2207520000.1383727554.&amp;type=3&amp;src=https%3A%2F%2Ffbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net%2Fhphotos-ak-frc1%2F1005246_407507982686405_2090566985_n.jpg&amp;size=628%2C806" target="_blank">http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=407507982686405&amp;set=pb.351239681646569.-2207520000.1383727554.&amp;type=3&amp;src=https%3A%2F%2Ffbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net%2Fhphotos-ak-frc1%2F1005246_407507982686405_2090566985_n.jpg&amp;size=628%2C806</a> ||Utorak||Noge-(Normalni cucnjevi,iskorak,magarece podizanje,eksplozivni cucnjevi,normalni cucnjevi na kraju za burnout)Isto 3 serije od svake vjezbe do otkaza..</b> i<b> navecer trcanje pola sata ili ujutro ne bitno kako si odredim kad cu sta,||Srijeda|(najdraza:P)-Trbusni,Ledja i ruke-Uski zgibovi,siroki zgibovi,chin-ovi-3 serije od svega do otkaza...Cetvrtak|Ramena,Trcanje-(Propadanja,Pike sklekovi,Hindu sklekovi,sklekovi s povisenog)3 serije do otkaza..<br>Petak-Trbusni.. i subota i nedjelja odmor <br><br><br>Jedan tjedan dakle su mi to rutine,drugi cijeli tjedan radim od svega tog Piramidu vjerujem da znate kakva je to rutina i tako kombiniram jedan tjedan ovo jedan tjedan piramida da si povecam repove,izdrzljivost jel kolko sam skuzio na meni jako dobro funkcionira ta metoda...<br>Sto se tice prehrane jedem barem 5,6 puta dnevno bilo to svjezi sir,riba,jaja,meso,povrce,2 l vode na dan svakako mozda i vise malo, ujutro mi je najdraze se ustat pojest 6 bjelanjaka jedan zumanjak iscijedit si narandžu i pocet vjezbat jel nakon takvog obroka imam najviše snage :)),a sto se tice SW-a stvarno nisam ni razmisljao da radim nesta osim tog to me otpocetka inspiriralo da se promjenim pa sam se vezo dosta za taj oblik treniranja, al ima vremena tokom razvijanja i spoznavanja svega jos cu znati za šta sam tocno :))<br></b><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Juice031 - 06&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 10:04</span>]]>

Govorim iz iskustva, zato mi je jako drago što si se odlucio ozbiljnije pozabaviti aktivnostima koje te zanimaju i koje prelijepo zacine život na svim poljima, tako da neke druge, možda nešto štetnije, nemaju mjesta.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Držim fige i cekam detaljna izvješca.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" alt="Thumbs Up" title="Thumbs Up" /></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Wednesday - 05&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 22:21</span>]]>
