    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13532">mettasttaza</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8647<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 12:44<br /><br />Trening se cini okej ako je prilagodjena prema tebi...ti moraš vidjeti kako tebi paše...mada bih ja....prsa triceps radio...ledja biceps....Kada guraš onda guraš...kada vuceš vuceš :) Probaj super setove raditi...Npr dok odradiš prsa pa dodješ do biceps umoriš se ne možeš dati onaj sto posto...Ali ako ti odgovara tko sam ja da govorim drugacije :) Možda do trcanje isto ubaciti barem jedno u dane kada treniraš nakon treninga...pa ostaviti 2 dana da odmaraš neka lagana šetnjica...ili tako :D&nbsp;]]>
