Ja sam to spomenula radi cistog opterecenja na zglobove ne radi trcanja samog. No, znam kako je voljeti nešto pa eto....puštam na volju ;)</div><div><br></div><div>U svakom slucaju, nekog treninga snage bi se bilo pametno držati.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17973">Bigdaddy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8637<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 11:20<br /><br />da se javim napokon....bilo je svega i svacega...uglavnom malo sam i popustao u prehrani pa sam se pocastio recimo sa 2 stangice crne cokolade...(naravno brojeci kalorije)<br><br>sa pocetnih 110...koji su zapravo bili 106 kg...jer je 110 pokazivala vaga na poslu a nije bas tocna i u uniformi... :)<br><br>dakle...28.10.2013.... 106kg<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ...15.11.2013....&nbsp; 103kg<br>prehrana mjesovita, ali uglavnom redovita i rasporedena na 5-6 obroka.... <br>trening barem 4 puta tjedno...!! trcanje, vijace, / sklekovi, trbusnjaci, cucnjevi <br><br>3 kile u 2 i pol tjedna recimo.. :) zadovoljan sam pocetkom....makar bi htio to malo brze ali dobro...sta je tu je...<br><br>pozdrav i hvala svima!<br>]]>

Nije uvijek potrebno znati svaku kcal, primarno je nauciti kako se što kvalitetnije hraniti opcenito. Cim malo promijeniš navike, promjene ce biti vidljive. Vec i samom aktivnošcu koju dodaješ....pomalo&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>Iako ja uvijek preporucujem da se ljudi što više informiraju o tim energetskim vrijednostima odredjenih namirinica i energetskim potrebama tijela....to je uvijek korisno znati i nije tolika tlaka, za neko vrijeme vec znaš od oka procijeniti koliko pojedeš, tako da sve bude pod kontrolom ;)</div>]]>
