Do prije 2 mjeseca su jedva stale na mene.</div><div>Uskoro stavim slike prije i sad,vidi se ogromna razlika</div>]]>

Nakon dvije trudnoce i prestanka pušenja dobila-ostalo mi dosta kilica. Prije jedno 6 mjeseci krenula sam sa prehranom i treninzima i citala,tražila po netu što?,gdje? kako?...buduci da za teretanu nemam vremena vježbam kod kuce 6 dana u tjednu. Kupila sam whey,hranim se proteinima i sad sam zapela. &nbsp;U zadnja 3 mjeseca izgubila sam 25 cm i 5 kg . Zadnjih tjedan dana hranim se kuhanom piletinom,posnim,zobenim i kuhanim povrcem i danas ujutro stanem na vagu i dobila sam skoro 2 kile,pa jel moguce da je to mišicna masa. Totalno sam u bedu,negdje radim grešku pa bih molila pomoc.&nbsp;</div><div>Visoka sam 157,trenutno 72 kg &nbsp;na slikama se super vidi kako su centimetri otišli ali došla sam do 70 kg i tu je stalo</div>]]>
