    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17952">MareST</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8627<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 18:46<br /><br />ovako...krenila sam s hodanjem jer pušim dosta pa da mi se pluca malo naviknu a i srce da malo ojaca prije nekog jaceg treninga... svaki drugi dan 7 km hodanja ( ne s noge na nogu nego ono...malo brže recimo sa stepenicama, uzbrdicama, nizbrdicama...)- za 3 km mi treba 30 minuta i to sa ogromnom dugom nizbrdicom od 700m...<br />kad malo ubrzam tempo i vidim da mi to ne predstavlja dovoljan napor onda cu prec malo trcanje, malo teretana...guza, noge, ledja, ruke, trbuh (na kojem nema sala, a to je pravo vrijeme da se definiraju trbušni :) )...<br />jedem ovako:<br /><br />DORUCAK u 06:30  2 kriške kruha s maslacem i medom<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;crna kava sa smedjim šecerom (Muscovado)<br /><br />MARENDA oko 10:30  sendvic sa pršutom i sirom (2 kriške kruha i to izmedju)<br /><br />IZMEdjU NEGDJE&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;vrecica Koestlin štapica sa kikirikijem :)<br /><br /><br />RUCAK oko 15:00  zavisi šta mama skuha, uglavnom meso + povrce (skuhano, peceno, varivo, lešo), nekad bez mesa-manistra sa sirom ili na pome...salata<br /><br />MARENDA oko 18:00  neko voce (banana, jabuka, naranca, šipak...)<br /><br />VECERA oko 20:00 kruh s nutelom ili jedno kuhano jaje, kruh i bioaktiv, ili opet pršut+sir....<br /><br /><br />eto....ako upadne još koja kava oko 12:00 ili oko 16:00 onda je to obicni espresso.<br /><br />NAPOMENA:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;KRUH PECEM SAMA (integralno + crno brašno s maslinovim uljem)]]>
