Ne mora biti tako kako se cini, ne volim se hvatati za to jer kilaža nije uvijek pokazatelj pravog stanja ali ako krenem od sebe...znam kako sam izgledala i osjecala se sa 55 kg na 170 cm.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17945">Dijana2505</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8625<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 13:42<br /><br />Dugo pratim ovu stranicu jel ima korisnih inf.pa sam odlucila prizdruzit se.<br />Imam 29 god ,50kg ,visoka sam 173 a mjere su mi 88,60,88...<br />Trenirala sam karate 10 godina pa sam napravila veliku pauzu i pocela ponovno trenirat ,....<br />Pocela sam prije dvije  godine ,i provodim 4 puta tj u teretani...<br />Prvo kada sam pocela trenirati otisla sam kod nutricioniste da mi napise plan prehrane jer znam da bez prehrane nema nista ili ako ima mali su rezultati.....<br />Imala sam 5 obroka na dan  to je bilo oko 900-1000kcal po danu uz trening 4 puta .U 2 mj sam skinula 9 kg i to i nije bilo toliko bitno koliko cm koje sam izgubila.....<br />Kada vidite rezultate to Vas gura dalje i budi poticaj u Vama<br />da mozete vise i da nema granice....]]>
