    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8570<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 23:20<br /><br />a gle mozes ti dodat i 500 kcal vise no pametnije je polako dobivati na masi da se ne bi previse umastio, zato sam rekla 200-300 vise pa pratis situaciju- ako vidis da ne dobivas do pola kg tjedno povecas kcal. Da, pogledaj si temu "moj tjedni jelovnik" i clanke o masi na forumu pa si nest sastavi. Sto se tice organizacije, ako nemas vremena jesti cesto, onda probas ugurati u 3-4 obroka sve kcal i ciao. Ako ne mozes previse odjenom jesti napravis si tekuce pripravke pa popijes  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> za sve postoji rjesenje, samo se treba malo potruditi  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Da bi dobivao na masi jedes 200-300kcal vise i pratis jedno 2 tj sta se dogada. Kreni sa 2500-2600kcal pa vidi hoces li dobivati misicnu. Koliko puta planiras vjezbat tjedno?]]>
