    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8538<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 23:31<br /><br />pojacaj meso, ribu i jaja i eto proteina  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />d: pojacaj proteine, dodaj 1 cijelo jaje na ovo sto si jela i 2 bjelanjka ili palacnika od 1 jaja i 3 bjelanjka i 20 g raženog brašna i nasjeckas banane pola unutra ili nekog dr voca<br />r: ima li kakvih zdravih masti u tom rucku? bilo bi dobro mjesto kukuruznog jesti raženi kruh<br />Užina- uz sipak si trebala jos neki protein..ili buduci da si ogranicena sa mlijecnim mozes sendvic od razenog i tune u salamuri npr.<br />V: koliko brasna? koje integralno brasno?--nema proteina, nema masti, sami UH..mozes kupiti neki vegetarijanski protein kako dodatak pa dodavati u obroke- npr. konopljin protein.<br />pred spavanje- treba jesti P+M obrok, voce izbjegavati navecer i jesti ga u prvom dijelu dana<br />kad si vozila bic? poslije kojeg obroka?]]>

Ako imaš iskustva s ženinim dojenjem, onda valjda znaš i kako je svaka minuta dragocjena, ali i vrijeme u kojem je multitasking neophodan. Buduci da imam vrtirepnog dvogodišnjaka (uz ovu bebicu), i cijelo kucanstvo na sebi (a bez baka-servisa i bilo kakve pomoci), onda znaš da mi je i tih 45 min-1h koji "nagrecam"u danu da bi bila na bicu vec madjionicarski trik ... Nema teoretske šanse da u to uklapam odlaske na neke aktivnosti vani <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley13.gif" border="0" alt="Disapprove" title="Disapprove" /> Zato i jest bic bio opcija koja mi je najbolje sjela. <br><br>Vizavi jelovnika, sad mi je uzoriti primjer onaj koji mi je avangarde linkala...pokušavam jesti više proteina, pogotovo nakon treninga. Kažem, mene jako hendikepira to što moram paziti da ne unosim mlijecne bjelancevine zbog kcerke <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0" alt="Unhappy" title="Unhappy" /> Imate ideju ime bih ih mogla zamijeniti?Meso jedem i to sve vrste. <br><br>Jucerašnji meni: Ujutro šalica kave, dvije fete kruha(kukuruznog) s šunkom(cca 5-6 fetica), užina jedan šipak (nar), za rucak varivo od mrkve, boba i tikvica s teletinom+feta kruha(kukuruzni), i za veceru dvije palacinke od integralnog brašna s kakaom i šalica sojinog mlijeka. Kad me uhvati glad pred spavanje ja pojedem još 1-2 jabuke <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" /> Eto. <br><br>A odvozila sam bic kao i svaki dan, oko 45 min, 25-30km/h.(pisalo oko šesto i nešto kcal.)<br>]]>

Tako da se prvo svakako usmjeri na jelovnik tj sastavljanje jelovnika koji ce ti omoguciti sve nutrijente i dovoljno hrane. Probaj prema onom jelovniku sto sam ti poslala sastavit svoj, stavi ga ovdje pa cemo vidjet dalje sta cemo  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Mislim da ti je bitnije da ti beba ima dovoljno i kvalitetno mlijeko, a onda se tek baci na kemijanje s hranom. Ono što je meni pomoglo u mršavljenju je fizicka aktivnost. Mislim da to što voziš sobni bic nije dovoljno i trebaš još nešto dodatno napraviti da pocneš više gubiti kalorija. Možda da bic zamjeniš za neki program vježbanja. Nek te kompletno razgiba i aktivira a ne samo noge i malo gornji dio tijela. Kak bi ja rekao svojoj ženi: "Pokreni se ženo". <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />&nbsp;Eto dajem samo ideju. Bez ljutnje.]]>

Ma ta potrosnja nikad nije sigurna, ovisi od sto faktora. Ali ako ti je TDEE (kcal za odrzavanje cca 1700-1800kcal) srezes prehranu na 1500-1600 + deficit od pedaliranja i pratis 2 tj sta se dogada. ako se nist ne dogodi dodes ovdje i mene natuceš  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
