Nemoj biti fokusirana na to što ne smiješ, na to što ti je teško, na trenutno nezadovoljstvo sobom - to ce te samo odvlaciti od pravih namjera i izbora. Fokusiraj se na svoje ciljeve, na izgled kojeg želiš postici, na ono što ce te do toga dovesti - tijelo ce samo od sebe tražiti bolje.</div><div><br></div><div>I dalje ceš fino jesti (cak i više), ali istovremeno uživati u sve boljoj slici u ogledalu što ce te automatski tjerati da se trudiš još više. Pokreni i muža malo, šetajte skupa, možda ga uspiješ nagovoriti i na zajednicki trening&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;Takva podrška je užasno bitna. Korak po korak i vidjet ceš kako ce sve brzo postati cista navika...a onda ce ti rijetko kada motivacija bit potrebna ;)</div><div><br></div><div>I nemoj misliti da više nikad neceš pojesti ništa fino, slatko ,masno <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley15.gif" border="0" alt="Evil Smile" title="Evil Smile" />&nbsp;:) Dapace...to bi bilo loše. A navece mozes poceti s ovim programom sto sam ti linkala.
