Osim sto stvarno moze pridonijeti tome da odolite nekim napastima kao cokolada, burek, pizza i opcenito sav taj junk food, pomaze u organiziranju prehrane odnosno analizom svakog dana moze se ustvrditi koja nam hrana odgovara, koja nam smeta ili nas deblja, cini gladnima,...ja osobno vodim dnevnik prehrane i treninga,vaganja svaki drugi dan nakon treninga i na kraju tjedna ili mjeseca analiziram kaj je bilo dobro, kaj nije, kakvi su bili rezultati na treningu dal su se poboljsali ili pogorsali ili ostali isti i na taj nacin se izbjegava pretreniranost<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">]]>
