Ja nakon nekog vremena opet ne doruckuje pa to odprilike izgleda ovako: 1. obrok - veca kolicina mahunarka i žitarica + nešto mesa, 2. obrok manja kolicina mah. i žit. + više mesa (kolko sam u mogucnosti) i zadnji ugl budu jaja, kolicina ovisi. Da odma kazem, cesto bude malo P iz životinjskih izvora i znam mišljenje o tome :D ali ima nas koji nemamo previše izbora. <br /><br />Btw kalorijski nikad ne idem nisko, masti nisam spominjala ovisi o tebi a povrce se podrazumijeva. ;)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8033">bebolina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8269<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 11:01<br /><br />Ciao društvo!!<br /><br />Nakon 4-5 mjeseci pauze, što od ovog foruma, što od vježbanja, vratila sam se puna volje i elana za nove pobjede. :))<br />Vecina se vjerovatno sjeca moje figure nakon natjecanja, e pa sad sam u puno lošijoj formi :D jer svo ovo vrijeme niti sam vježbala, niti se pravilno i zdravo hranila :p<br /><br />Ali vjerujem da cu se brzo vratiti na staro cim se dovedem u red, a onda žustruo u nove pobjede :D<br />Mala promjena kod mene je što meso a pogotovo mlijeko i mlijecne proizvode moram svesti na minimum  jer vec duže vrijeme imam probavnih smetnji na proteinsku hranu životinjskog podrijekla.<br /><br />E sad se tu javlja novi problem, što i kako onda jesti???<br />Ribu i jaja ostavljam, putetinu/piletinu 2-3 x tjedno, posni ne!
