Dakle samouki sam rekreativac, i nikad nisam shvatio kad neko&nbsp;opisuje vjezbu npr: bench press 3 š2,š0,8..... da li prvo radi tri serije po dvancst pon, pa kad je gotov s š0... itd&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ili radi u svakoj seriji š2 ponavljanja, pa samanji na deset, pa na osam i onda to ponovi jos dva puta???</P><P>hvala na odgovorima!!</P>]]>
