Ali do ljeta.... Mozda je najbolje da se javis u neki kozmeticki centar. Ili odi na bilo kakve masaze.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Koliko imas god?</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Stvarno bi trenirala 2 puta na dan? Znam da ce ti to biti problem i da ce dovesti do toga da ranije odustanes.... A da npr. ujutro <U>pola sata</U> na taste <strong>hodas</strong>, doruckujes, odes na posao ili sta vec, a popodne, predvecer odes u teretanu i napravis kombinirani trening <U>pol h</U> na <strong>spravama</strong> i <U>pola h</U> na <strong>orbitreku, biciklu, traci</strong> za trcanje ili sta vec imas u teretani?</FONT></P>]]>

Ali okrutna istina je da ti nikad nisi trenirala i da ce ti to biti <strong><U>nemoguca misija</U></strong>. Jedino ti je rijesenje ako imas para da si platis trenera da trenira s tobom.... Mozes u teretanu 3 puta tjedno, neka ti tamo neki trener pokaze sta i kako da radis, a sada kada dodju lijepa vremena mozes usput vani i trcati (moj savjet - role, fenomenalna stvar za cure i zatezanje nogu, a mozes se satima voziti)...pa vozi bicikl i tako...uglavnom vjezbaj i bavi se raznim aktivnostima...i pripazi malo na jelo...]]>
