    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=696">djuks</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 822<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 19:26<br /><br />skoro svaki dan napravim 50 do š00 trbusnjaka, 20 sklekova (kad ne idem u teretanu), svaki&nbsp; drugi dan idem u teretanu gdje dizem utege na jednoj i na drugoj ruki po š0 kg po 2-3 serije, vjezbe za biceps, vjezbe za noge i dr. ako govorim o prehrani onda mogu jesti sve sto mi naprave kod kuce, ali najcesce jedem jaja, sir te popijem casu mlijeka i za dorucak i prije spavanja. Neznam kakvu hranu bih iskljucivo trebao jesti.<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley24.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
