Zato nebojete se radit biceps itd. necete izgledat ko ''bilderice''.</P><P>Ali ak curke misle da ima efekta trenirat prsa ko sam ja da im to osporavam.</P>]]>

Dobro kaze jedna mala, kada ti se misici u gornjem dijelu tijela povecaju i oblikuju i grudi ljepse izgledaju. Za vjezbanje&nbsp;obavezno kupi dobar sportski grudnjak, jer on cuva grudi od prevelikog treskanja - tako slabi koza grudi i one padaju! </P>]]>
