Hranim se zdravo al neman poseban plan prehrane kad tocno jesti, sta i koliko i vjerojatno radi toga nikako ne mogu doci do 10% masnog tkiva u tijelu. i sad bi meni tribala pomoc tj netko ko bi mi moga amo rec napravit neki mali plan prehrane kad tocno ,koliko i sta jesti da skinem tih 2-3% masti<div><br></div>]]>
