    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=16011">Mayci</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8127<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 11:03<br /><br />Pozdrav svima, iako vec godinama citam ovaj forum ovo je prvi puta da i sudjelujem u njemu buduci trebam vasu pomoc.<br />imam 31 godinu, 65 kg, 170 cm visine. sjedilacki nacin zivota, sastanci a i ruckovi koji idu sa njima ucinii su svoje. moje tijelo je postalo umorno, bolno, mekano, puno celulita, bolesno. svakih mjesec dana me kicma posteno ukoci da se ne mogu pomaknuti danima, glavobolje itd itd. dakle problem vise nije samo estetske prirode vec i zdrastvene. odlucila sam stati na kraj tome, jer imam samo 31 godinu a u stanjem sam gorem od moje mame..doslovno..<br />sto se prehrane tice nasla sam menu koji mi odgovara i tu mi pomoc i ne treba. upisala sam se u teretanu (jer sam ju uvijek nekako najvise voljela kad sam bila mladja), i bila sam 3-4 puta, no imam osjecaj da radim nesto krivo...trebao bi mi savjet za dobar trening. d ali traka, da li orbitrek, koliko dugo, koji intenzitet..da li hodati ili trcati, da li na ravnom ili na povisenom, da li sprave i koliko serija i ponavljanja...molim nekoga da mi da savjet jer se osjecam izgubljeno. hvala!]]>
