Ja sam samo pocetnica, ali uz savjete onih strucnijih ovdje sigurno ceš postici to što želiš. <br />I svaka ti cast na sredjivanju prehrane, evo ja se još borim s tim ;)]]>

Dakle, vec par mjeseci idem u teretanu (3xtjedno) i vježbam. Pocela sam zato jer sam se htjela riješiti celulita i nekih par kila viška što mi se zalomilo dok sam ucila za maturu i prijemne :) I sad sam više - manje zadovoljna težinom, uspjela sam srediti prehranu ( na to sam posebno ponosna :D ), nabavila sam si whey, neke vitamine i to za pocetak. Sad mislim da je vrijeme da idem korak unaprijed i nabacim koju kilu kvalitetne mase. Sad imam 50kg i visoka sam 168cm. S obzirom da sam provela jako puno vremena citajuci vaše postove i jelovnike, prehrana mi nije problem ali što se treninga tice, tu sam izgubljena. Obicno radim na spravama 10ak vježbi, 5 serija po 10-12 ponavljanja, cucnjeve s bucicama, razne varijacije trbušnjaka i ubacim si oko 40min kardia na kraju treninga (20min bicikl, 20 orbitrek). Zanima me kakve vježbe su mi najbolje za guzu i noge s obzirom da mi je to najkriticnije, sad mi je i najmanji broj traperica prevelik i baš nisam zadovoljna :(&nbsp;</div>]]>
