Znaci, za pocetak ja bi prvo vjezbao a onda otisao trcati.<br /><br />Drugo sto bi napravio je zamijenio bi trajanje vjezbanja i trcanja na nacin da vjezbanje traje 30 min a trcanje 15 min. Razlika " utjecaja na zdravlje" izmedju 30 i 15 min trcanja je zanemariva, i jedno i drugo je dovoljno dobro.<br /><br />No mozda je bolje da radis 3-4x tjedno na jacanju (s nekoliko utega i klupom mozes drasticno povecati repertoar vjezbi), a u dane odmora (do 2x tjedno) bi odradis 20-minutni jogging.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Maratonac - 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 12:47</span>]]>

   <title>Bodyweight trening : OK ekipa, imam ovakvu situaciju.Imam...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14887">TheGh0st</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8044<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 12:30<br /><br />OK ekipa, imam ovakvu situaciju.<br><br>Imam 77 kg i 185 cm, 16 god.<br><br>Ovako, preko ljeta sam trcao 45 minuta i nakon toga bi vježbao 4 serije po 20 skelkova, cruncheva, cobri, ledjnjaka i cucnjeva. No, kako krece škola, moram skresati trening da maksimalno traje 45 minuta.<br><br>Znaci, trcat cu 30 min. (jer mi je kardio bitan za zdravlje), znaci ostane mi negdje oko 15 minuta za bodyweight vježbe (jer nemam pristup teretani).<br><br>Pa, ako mi netko može reci što bi mogao raditi da se ojacam...?<br><br>Ja sam mislio svaki dan drugacije, znaci ona shema 5x5 (samo s bodyweightom)... Recimo ponedjeljak absi, u utorak ledja, srijeda triceps itd., samo ne znam puno bodyweight vježbi koje bih implementirao.<br><br>Što se prehrane tice, to cu jesti što mi se da (ipak, imam 16 godina), pa ono.<br><br>Eto, ako mi netko može malo pomoci i reci što bih mogao u 15 minuta raditi koji dan bio bih mu zahvalan. Usput, mislim da je 30 minuta kardia i 15 minuta za ostale vježbe OK...<br><br>Mislim, mogu ja svaki dan raditi i full body, ali mislim da je bolje ovako i da sustav 5x5 oduzima manje vremena nego svaki dan full body.<br><br>Hvala!<br>]]>
