Daj si malo više vremena cak i za donju granicu&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>Cak i ima nacin da izguraš ovu tvoju restrikciju s najmanje posljedica ali ovako napamet bih ti preporucila kao i ekipa gore da usporiš i kreneš s manjim promjenama. Ti imaš prednost u tome što imaš vecu toleranciju prema gladovanju - odnosno, manje biš problena napravio metabolizmu nego netko mršaviji zbog kolicine energije koju nosiš u sebi, ali ipak pripazi......jer ovako nešto restriktivno moraš znat odradit što kvalitetnije i pametnije. Cisto sumnjam da unosiš potrebne hranjive tvari u tako malo kcal, a u tome i je stvar.</div><div><br></div><div>Polako....pogledaj što si radio prije i kreni od toga....korak po korak, navika po navika.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15858">anony</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8029<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 11:49<br /><br />Pozdrav,&nbsp;<div>došao sam na forum kako bi saznao odgovor na neka pitanja koja me zanimaju.</div><div><br></div><div>Ukratko dotukao sam do skoro 140 kila i želja mi je u narednih 6 mjeseci do godinu dana se prepoloviti.</div><div>Poceo sam prije 4 dana i do sad sam izgubio oko 5 kila.</div><div>Jedem izmedju 1000 do 1500 kalorija dnevno i oko sat do dva ubrzanog hodanja.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
