    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11272">Scarpetta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7996<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 22:48<br /><br />Izvori proteina riba, svježi sir, soja, gljive, mahunarke...<br />Ako možeš nabaviti whey može ti biti od koristi zbog jednostavnosti primjene.<br /><br />Ako želiš ucvrstiti tijelo dobiti mišice onda bi trebala raditi neke vježbe snage.<br />Mislim da ti u tom slucaju ne treba na tašte trcanje.<br />Treba ti dobar obrok prije treninga kompleksni uh + proteini<br />Dobar trening program snage<br />I dobar obrok nakon treninga<br /><br />I naravno sredjen jelovnik tijekom cijelog dana.<br /><br />]]>

Smršavila sam jeduci jako jako malo i unoseci minimalnu kolicinu kalorija pogotovo zadnjih 4 mjeseca i vježbanjem 6 dana u tjednu po 1 sat ,no usljed toga nastupila je depresija i ozbiljno sam bila blizu anoreksiji no na vrijeme potražila sam pomoc i uvidjela greške i da moj nacin života nije bio normalan. Od tada odlucila sam ojacati ali ne nadebljat se nego izgradit mišice jer unatoc mim napornim vježbama moji se mišici nisu razvili zbog neadekvatne prehrane tocnije minimalnim unosom bjelancevina. Vec mjesec dana vježbam (najcešce trcim 4 km,a zatim odradim vježbe za trbuh i bedra 20-ak minuta),vježbam kroz jutro i unosim bjelancevine ali ne jedem meso jer sam vegeterijanac vec jeduci tunu,posni sir i sl. No dobila sam sam otprilike 5 kg a ne samo mišica nego i masnih naslaga.Sada neznam kako da se njih riješim a da se ne vratim na stari put kada sam pretjerala.Molim vas da mi predložite najbolje izvore bjelancevina i kad ih je najbolje konzumirat? Te takodjer jer bolje ujutro vježbat na prazan trbuh ili pun u ovakvoj situaciji?</div><div><br></div>]]>
