Kardio služi za trošenje kcal i kad god ga odradiš, to ceš i postic. Ti se prvo pobrini da malo pomalo stjeceš zdrave navike prehrane i da povecavaš aktivnosti, a sve druge sitnice za sada ostavi po strani. Samo ce te bunit.</div>]]>
