Napiši negdje, napiši i zamjene koje bi ti omogucile iste/približne vrijednosti i to je to....puno bolje ce ti ici tako ;) Uostalom, na kraju skužiš da stalno vrtiš jedno te isto više manje pa ti nece bit teško slagat :)</div><div><br></div><div>Možeš ubacit kardio, možeš i poslije treninga...mada puno toga sad možeš napravit samo dobrim treningom snage i korekcijom prehrane, ne moraš sve mijenjati odmah.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl - 24&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 17:55</span>]]>

   <title>P/UH/M : Eeehhmmm whey, mliko, sir, jogurt,...</title>

Po 2-3-6 grama iz ostalog? <br><br><p>Problem je šta ne jeden planirano vec kad dodje vrime za nešto donosin odluku xD&nbsp;</p><p>Budem isplanirala nešto, stavin odi na strucni sud za eventualne korekcije, valjda ce bit nešto od mene :)<br><br>Vidim, svi koji rade na mršavljenju imaju i dosta cardio treninga, LI i sl. Bi li ja tribala ubacit šta u ove dane bez treninga (treniran pon, sri i pet) ?</p>]]>

Ja bih ti samo preporucila da ove UH-e ne miceš iz obroka nakon treninga, pobrini se malo da hraniš te mišice jer ti trebaju. Pusti to što je vecer - ako odradiš kvalitetan trening, treba ti nešto kvalitetno i poslije.</div><div><br></div><div>Knjigu si dobila :) pa ce ti to malo pomoc u sastavljanju jelovnika, ok je to knjiga. Nece ti bit teško ostvarit to što želiš jer nemaš puno posla - samo treba malo bolje planirati. Proteini i povrce neka ti budu baza, a kvalitetni UH-i i masti dodatak kojeg ceš kombinirat u skladu sa treningom i dijelovima dana. Bitno da nisi previše u minusu, da ne ideš iz krajnosti u krajnost, i da ne papaš puno šecera ;)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
