Vraca tjelu energiju  te naglo dize inzulin i usporava katabolizam.( jednostavan je secer i brzo se apsorbira) najeftiniji su ti u dm oni bomboncici<br /><br />Koje vitamine? Najbolje one koje dobivas pravilnom preh. Ja recimo koristim my favorite multiple energizer<br /><br />Sojin protein..misljena su podjeljena neki kazu da smanjuje razinu testosterona a neki vele da ne utjece..vecina koristi vhey]]>
