Evo ovako: od kcerkinog vrtica do posla. Hodala sam 1, pa trcala 1 min i super sam izdrzala koristila sam hiit timer. Sutra opet pocinjem.<br>]]>

No ako ces ga raditi onda predlazem da testiras na sebi. Kreni vrlo umjereno pa iz utrke u utrku prilagodjavaj. Isto vrijedi i za hidrataciju. Ako ides na 18.4, stavi si paketic meda u dzep i to je sasvim dovoljno ;)]]>
