Meni kao da treba duze vrijeme nakon vjezbanja da bi mi se tijelo potpuno opustilo za spavanje. Dok nisam pocela narihtavati 3+ sati rupe izmedju, stalno bi se okretala po krevetu, trzala, bas nemir neki u tijelu. A onda naravno zivciranje jer nemrem zaspati i tak.<br>]]>

Meni je obicno barem 3 sata jer inace znam imat problema sa zaspivanjem, sva sam nekako nemirna i tak. <br>]]>
