Iako mislim da je nepotrebno bacati toliko whey na obroke kad jednostavno možeš spremit posni sir, komad voca i šaku badema i eto dva dodatna izbalansirana obroka&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />kako se hraniš tj kako izgledaju ta 3 obroka koja jedeŠ?]]>

Nema tog suplementa koji može pomoci kod definicije ukoliko ne unosis sve potrebne nutrijente, ukoliko nisi u deficitu i ukoliko je hrana junk. Ja bi ti samo preporucila dobar whey protein kao dodatak proteina no naravno možeš sve opet unijeti i samo hranom<br />pozz]]>
