    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12551">Irija</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7870<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 18:56<br /><br />Pa probaj vježbu, s nekom manjom kilažom i vidi kak ti ide.<br />Većina vježbi je "opasna", i čučanj je opasan, i deadlift - ako se izvode krivo.<br />Vježbaj tehniku s manjom kilažom pa prelazi na veće.<br />Nema nekog razloga da se ozljediš ako radiš pravilno i ako dižeš kilažu koju MOŽEŠ podnjeti a da ne strada tehnika. ]]>
