Ja unosim 3000 kcal od cega 200-220 G PROTEINA , 300 g UH , 100 g masti u danima treniranja .<br /><br />U danima ne treniranja unosim200 g P , 150 g UH , 50 g M<br /><br />Da li grijesim ?<br /><br />Jos ovaj tjedan sam na angelsovom programu tjedan 2 i onda sljedeci tjedan to + kosarkaski trening 1hi30 minuta.<br /><br />]]>
