    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15526">NanaLana</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7854<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 22:44<br /><br />Hej,m hej bok bok :) Imam par pitanja, evo relativno sam nova u aktivnom i svrlo cestom vjezbanju , cilj mi je smršaviti 15 do 20 kila, inace sam jace gradje bila na raznoraznim diejtama, no shvatila sam da su mi ipak nanjele vise stete nego koristi, nisammogla godinu dana kretat se onoliko koliko sam htjela radi ozljede koljena pa sam nakupila kilice :( . No sad sam u akciji - Dakle ovako moze savjet :)? da li je bolje doruckovat prije ili nakon treninga, ja ujutro vježbam pola sata i navecer pola sata, trbusnjaci, guma, lopta, bucice...Ili je bolje odradit sat vremena u komadu ? Sobzirom da sam pocetnik malo mi je teze, ali ak je bolje tak cu se potrudit, jedem 4 puta na dan, a onaj peti pojedem rajciu il nesto jer fakat nisam gladna, dorucak, kuhano jaje ili zobene pahuljice, rucak povrce i ili bijelo meso/riba, medjuobroci, ako ostane nekog povrca od rucka ili posnog sira na razenom kruhu..uz to plivam 3 puta do cetri tjedno po sat i pol, i badminton dva puta tjedno po sat do dva i naravno bicikl :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15585">hepburn</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7854<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 00:30<br /><br /><p>bok ljudi :) </p><p>evo vec par dana pratim ovaj forum i svi mi se cinite tako divni i odlucila sam se pridruzit jer se zadnjih par dana ne mogu kontrolirati u slatkisima (ucim i bas sam pod stresom, da emocionalna izjelica) i dosta mi je vise svega i mislim da ste mi vi zadnja nada, dovoljno je da svratim ovdje po malo motivacije i vec je bolje! inace sam iz zagreba, visoka 172cm, 63kg, bavim se kickboxom 3 mjeseca, i kao sto sam rekla imam strasnih problema sa slatkisima a inace se dosta zdravo hranim. eto za pocetak :)</p>]]>
