    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7844<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 09:31<br /><br />to ti se sve racuna po nekim tablicama i pretpostavlja se da svi rade fizicku aktivnost istim intenzitetom, najbolji nacin za odredit tdee je da uzmeš odredjeni broj kalorija koje ceš konzumirat svaki dan i uz poznatu tjelesnu masu i tjelesnu masu poslije tjedan dana sam izracunaš npr:<br /><br />imaš 75 kg i u tjedan dana odradiš 3 ili 4 treninga (ovisno o režimu koji koristiš) i jedeš odredjen broj kaorija i opet se izvažeš nakon tjedan dana i zapišeš koliko ti je masa (recimo da bude 74.7kg) onda znaš iz broja kalorija što bi znacilo da si izgubio 0,3kg što je u prijevodu tjedni manjak od 2100 kalorija tj dnevni deficit od 300 kalorija i onda znaš koji ti je tdee za težinu od 75 kg jer dodaš 300 kalorija na broj kalorija koji si jeo (ovo je sad jako precizno napisano ali ne moraš tako precizno samo okvirno da znaš +-100 kcal i to ti je to ;)]]>
