Misic se prilagodjava naporu.<br><br>Znam po sebi kad sam poceo uzimati kreatin, sjedem na biciklo i sprintam par kilometara bez ikakvog umora, a prije njega misici bi mi bili bolni, a pluca su me parala od boli.<br><br>Evo ako se hoces jos informisati: <a href="http://www.zdravosfera.com/kreatin/" target="_blank">http://www.zdravosfera.com/kreatin/</a><br>realno jedan od najboljih suplemenata. Kreatin ti daje dodatnu snagu s kojom lakse treniras i dizes vise nego sto mozes bez njega. Pored toga moras paziti na prehranu i nastaviti trenirati.<br><br>Utjece on i na misicnu masu malko ali ta masa koju dobijes tako brzo je samo voda.<br><br>Recimo imaju studije na bolesnim ljudima prikovanim za krevet i kreatin im pomaze da ocuvaju misicnu masu. To znaci da ima vrijednosti u tom suplementu, jer cak i bez treninga ima neki efekt.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15357">genijalac</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7812<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2013 at 11:58<br /><br />Ovako evo opet mene....Pitanje jedno ...<br /><br />Uzimo sam creatin samo 5 dana ajmo rec do 13 grama na dan uz dosta vode i normalnu hranu i trening ne pretjeran (sklekovi,trbusnjaci razne varijante i za bicepse s utegom od 15 kg jos tome radim na poslu di fizicko radim i krecem se stalno.) e mogu rec za tih 5 dana ..ja sam nabujo dobro i zgledalo je to presuper...eto i odjednom sam smanjio unos ima mozda 3 dana od kad sam smanjio unos na 5 grama na dan,odmah sam i ja izgubio i onu kao masu.....zanima me dal je moguce uz tih 5 grama na dan ...da mi svremenom vrati stanje to kad sam nabujao.. imo ko kakvo iskustvo s creatinom ....Odlicna je stvar creatin ali hmmm ispada da kad oces zgledat masivno moras koristit cim prestans ode ta masivnost ...pomoc!!!]]>
