Hvala puno na savjetima. puno ste mi pomogli :)]]>

Nakon toga sam doruckovala kao inace. Inace kad vozim orbitrek to odradim bez dorucka bez problema, cak mi i prija odmah nakon ustajanja, ali neznam koliko je pametno natašte odraditi kružni+finisher kardio<br />Mislim da ce biti potrebno uvesti dorucak prije takvog treninga da bi ga kavcitetno odradila]]>

U svakom slucaju kad zavrsis s treningom doruckuj- proteine+UH, ovaj dorucak sto si napisala je ok, samo ovisi koliko tu sira ima. Fitness kruh, no mozes slobodno jesti razeni korica kruh iz lidla, ili švedski iz interspara (mlinar pekara). Za dorucak jos mozes kombinirat jaja+ povrce ili jaja na slatko s vocem, zobene pahuljice ili brasno zobeno/razeno pa radit palacinke s jajima. Moze i razeni kruh+ jaja kuhana+ vocka za desert, moze posni sir, zobene u vodi natopljene, promjesane s posnim, vocem i bademima..a ima svast <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Naime jutro mi je naprakticnije vrijeme za vježbanje, a i najbolje funkcioniram odmah ujutro pa tada i odradim trening. <br />Što se tice treninga 3 puta tjedno radim kružni a ostale dane vozim orbitrek (o ovome sam pisala na drugoj temi gdje sam dobila divne savjete :) ) preporucate li ipak dorucak prije treninga? <br />Ako da, može preporuka za dorucak (napominjem da ne želim mršaviti vec održavati težinu). Do sada sam doruckovala uglavom integralno pecivo s posnim sirom/zrnatim sirom ili sirnim namazom ili s džemom. Koji bi dorucak po kcal vrijednosti bio slican ovom dosadašnjem ali da ga mogu pripremiti vecer prije (ukoliko je poželjno jesti prije treninga).
