    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15186">Gti</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7739<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2013 at 12:56<br /><br />Odrzavam vec godinu dana 73kg.<br>Trening 4x tjedno<br>1. prsa-triceps-trbuh<br>2. ledja-biceps<br>3. ramena-listovi-trbuh<br>4. noge<br><br>Dorucak: Musli, pileca prsa<br>Rucak: Grasak, krompir, riza, piletina... zavisi&nbsp;<br>Prije treninga uzmem 2 banane ili saku badema<br>Trening je oko 17:00<br>Poslije treninga tj. za veceru uzmem tuna u konzervi ili pileca prsa ili posni sir<br><br>Tako vec radim 2 tjedna gdje sam ubacio veceru, inace sam samo doruckovao i rucao &nbsp;(sve zbog kilaze i sala&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" />)<div><br><br><br><br></div>]]>

Ja ne pomisljam uopste mrsati u vidu kilaze, nego samo salo skinuti inace radim 1x-2x sedmicno sobni bicikl po 60min i teretana 4x sedmicno. pa sam pomislio bi li uzeo Aminokiseline da malo dobijem na misicima i da prilikom voznje bicikla, trcanjem i trbusnjacima ujedno skinem salo sa stomaka koje me strasno nervira godinama.<div>Hvala na odgovorima! :)</div>]]>

Inace, postoji i trik s diureticima. No sumnjam da bus dugo izdrzao s takvim stilom (sudim po sebi). Ja sam sebe u potpunosti ogulio i tako sam izdrzao 3 mjeseca. U ta 3 mjeseca me pad secera u krvi dva put srusio na cesti. Onda sam shvatio ozbiljnost situacije pa sam vratio par postotaka BF-a. Ocito ne znam kako to napraviti kako spada a ne zelim se rusiti po cesti i razbijati glavu.<br />]]>

Poceo sam sa bucicama rekreativno tada, a sada sam vec 6 mjeseci u teretani (ozbiljniji treninzi). <b>Furam "prirodni" </b>trening ali ja mislim da je vrijeme za neki <b>suplement,</b> a najvecu muku mi pravi preostalo <b>salo na stomaku</b> koje pokusavam skinuti, ali to je tesko. Ishranu sam sredio (tj. UH prijepodne i poslijepodne (Musli, grasak, krompir..), a navecer poslije treninga Proteini (piletina, tuna, jaja, posni).&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Razmisljao sam uzeti <b>aminokiseline</b>, tacnije&nbsp;<span style=": rgb88, 103, 116; color: rgb255, 255, 255; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold; line-height: normal;">ACTIVLAB AMINO COMPLEX (300 tableta)&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.4;">gdje navode da ujedno </span><b style="line-height: 1.4;">nabija misicnu masu i skida tjelesnu mast</b><span style="line-height: 1.4;">.
